Job coaching training Kenyan students

In September 2014 and October 2014 a job coaching training took place for a group of 20 nearly finishing and recently graduated Kenyan students. The job coaching training was aiming at personal and professional development of the students that soon have to approach the job market. The training consisted of three days and facilitated by local training organization ‘Pwani Association of Facilitators’. The job coaching training was highly interactive as students took part in discussions, performed role plays and group work was carried out. The first feedback reports from the students are very positive, but we will also measure the impact of the training for this group after 6 months. We will then ask again about their activities related to applications, interviews and other achievements in order to find a job. We look forward to visit this group of students soon in their new working places!
